Overview

When making contact with a business we all expect a high level of customer service from professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Those with new enquiries can expect to speak to one of our engineering or sales team who will advise on whether we can assist you with your particular project, confirm any additional information we would require or try to offer guidance if it is not in our scope of service.

To support your production questions our ERP system provides visibility and traceability on all orders allowing ease of access to information. From initial design right the way through the life of your injection moulding project, we pride ourselves on the depth of assistance we can provide and enjoy building positive relations with those that contact us.
